Is it okay to reach out for help

I'm going through a hard time lately because i'm working on healing from past trauma.If you find you can't help yourself, there's no shame in asking others for help.If you don't struggle with reaching out for help, teach and encourage others.Survival of the fittest has created a culture of fear:Having a bad experience reaching out for support previously.
